Appointment options with Dr. Alenov

Please read below to gain an understanding of the current appointment types.  When you are ready to select and book your appointment, click the “Scheduling and Patient Login” button at the bottom of this page to log in or create your account. 

New Patient Consultations:

Dr. Alenov currently offers new patient consultations at his clinic in downtown Hudson Wisconsin and via telehealth Zoom calls for those who cannot travel to the clinic.

The new patient consultation is for first time patients and patients who have not seen or spoken to Dr. Alenov for over two years.  You will be sent a link to complete your online history and office forms after booking.

New Patient Office Visit:

45 – 60 minutes

Follow up Telehealth Consultations:

Telehealth consultations are available for all current patients.  If you have seen Dr. Alenov in the clinic and cannot make it back due to time, distance, or health related issues, feel confident that a telehealth consultation is a good option.  You will receive an email notification and instructions on how to join the meeting shortly after your booking.

45 – 60 minutes

In Office Appointments:

We offer three types of office visits with Dr. Alenov.  Please see the descriptions to help you make the correct booking and realize that the essential difference between them is time.  If Dr. Alenov does not have sufficient time to assist you or complete in-office therapy, a second visit may be necessary. 

Adjustment Visit:

The adjustment visit is scheduled for simple structural work such as chiropractic adjustments or trigger point work.  This can also be scheduled for simple re-exams of children between the ages of one and ten.

Wellness Visit:

Most office visits with Dr. Alenov fall into this appointment type.  Applying a holistic approach to healthcare, any number of therapies or modalities may be offered during this visit.  Some examples may include, but are not limited to: stress release therapy; muscle response testing; nutritional and dietary consults; or complex structural care such as neurological muscular resets. 

30 – 45 minutes

Comprehensive Visit:

This visit is reserved for complex cases, patients traveling long distances or patients that have extended absences of care. 

60 – 75 minutes
